$1.8 Million Resolution for 42-Year-Old Will County Man Struck by ComEd SUV
On April 24, 2017, David was riding his bicycle on 135th Street in Plainfield, Illinois, when a ComEd SUV suddenly and unexpectedly crashed into him, causing David to become trapped underneath the SUV.
