These sorts of things can be tough and emotional at times, but Craig kept me grounded through those situations and he struck a good balance of advice versus options. He made the process as easy as it possibly could be, and I think a lot of that had to do with Craig and the way he operates – he is very put together and motivated. I would say Meyers & Flowers’ experience dealing with these sort of personal injury matters showed with the fluidity of how the situation was handled.
